Privacy notice

Who we are

This website, www.revup.co.uk, is operated by Prosolve Software, the developer of RevUp Blaze. You can contact us at info@prosolve.co.uk or on 01234 838965.

What we collect

When you use our enquiry form, we collect:

• your name, club or organisation, and email address
• your phone number, if you choose to give it
• the type of enquiry and your message
• where you came from, if you followed a campaign link (for example, from the Classic Motor Show)

To protect the form from abuse, our web server keeps a short-lived, one-way scrambled (hashed) record of the IP address used to submit it. This is deleted automatically, usually within an hour or two, and cannot be used to identify you.

How we use it

We use your details only to respond to your enquiry, for example to arrange a demonstration or answer your questions about RevUp Blaze. Our legal basis is our legitimate interest in responding to people who contact us. We don't add you to a mailing list, and we don't sell or share your details with anyone else.

Your enquiry is sent to us by email from our web hosting provider.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry emails only for as long as we need them to deal with your enquiry and any follow-up.

Cookies and analytics

This website does not use cookies, analytics or tracking, and it does not load content from third-party services.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you by emailing info@prosolve.co.uk. If you're unhappy with how we've handled your information, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.

The RevUp Blaze application

This notice covers this public website only. Member data held in RevUp Blaze on behalf of clubs is covered by each club's own privacy arrangements and its agreement with Prosolve Software.
